With a growing national client base now in over 600 locations we offer bespoke solutions for the club and hospitality sector. Driven by a team drawing on a combined 70 years industry experience we are able to deliver time after time right through from concept to installation phase. We predominantly operate within the club sector focusing on solutions to fit all budgets. We operate keen pricing models unlike some of our competitors within this sector; this in turn has allowed us to deliver true value for money to the end user.

Bespoke software solutions

Our development team is based in house at our head office in Essex. They are able to provide tailored solutions to suit most situations. Our full club management systems software has been developed as a platform catered solely for the club sector. Our integration of software with various third parties allows a truly integrated solution of many systems under one cloud based environment. All our solutions are fully GDPR compliant which should be considered when holding your customers/members information in any form of database.

The Team

Our team can proudly claim to offer 70 years industry experience. We have our own unique roles within the company allowing us to offer an all round exceptional customer experience from point of sale through to installation. Working from 6 regional hubs across the U.K including our head office base in Essex we are able to offer nationwide coverage with ease. Our engineer experiences range from EPOS and payment systems for Whitbread, Premier Inn, Beefeater, Brewers Fayre, Tesco, Homebase along with service for the international EPOS & payment systems company Wincor Nixdorf whilst supporting Cognizant & Fujitsu.

˚OUR TEAMS CAPABILITIES

A team of professionals all offering a unique role within the company. We have a great mix of skills between us. Some key positions offer sought after skills such as the Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer certification, Cisco Network Engineer certification, Audio Visual Specialist and Cellar Technician just to list a few. We then have our dedicated field sales team, inhouse telemarketing team, customer service support team and finally our head office administration roles. Our team is continually evolving and adapting to our customers needs to deliver a unique client experience.
